In this course we will cover everything to survive a long ride. From how to adjust your handlebars and seat, gears, brakes, install rear racks and other accessories, correct air pressure and how to lube the chain and other parts on the bicycle. One course:

In this course “Tires and Tubes” we will cover everything related with tires and tubes. Tire fit, compatibility and types of tires. Everything you need to know about rim tape, types of tubes, valves and air pressure. How to remove a wheel, tire and tube and how to install a tube, a tire and a wheel. Two courses:

Course A: Learning and practicing with other bicycles. (1hour and 10 minutes)

Course B: Learning and practicing with your own bicycle. (1 hour and 10 minutes).

In this course we will cover everything about derailleurs. Front and Rear derailleurs installation. When to change cables and how to install the cables. How to adjust front and rear derailleurs. How to lubricate the derailleurs and how to maintain it clean. Two courses:

In this course we will cover everything you need to know about tools, lubes, polish and degreasers. What tools you need for our bicycle and where/how to use them. We will cover all types of lubrications and the best way to use them and how much. When, how and how much degreaser and types of polish. One course:

Course L: Learning and practicing with your own bicycle. ( 1hours).

Private Course

In this course we will cover everything you want to know about your bicycle or bicycles. Private course can be one or multiple courses. Class will be private.

All our courses are designed for everyone to understand and be able to take control of their repairs.

Two types of courses:  Basic covering (different topics in one course).   One topic: Intensification and elaboration in one subject.    Please feel free to contact us if you don’t  see a topic that you are interested in or hours are not suitable for you.
